Consequences of not using Oracle's own external career site ?

Hello,

I have a client who is thinking of not using ORC's external career site. They would use an interface that sends job requisitions directly to their own corporate webpage, and send back job applications to ORC.

Now my question is, can you think of any "technical" consequences (functionalities not available anymore) of not using the integrated external career site ?

For example, one thing that comes to mind would be the "Events" functionality (that comes with Recruiting Booster) : because when we create Events in ORC, they have to be published on the career site for candidates to register.
