How to audit user addition to the groups in EDMCS

In EDMCS, we maintain user access via SLX process where user will raise access to particular groups.
But we noticed that few users were manually assigned to the groups in access control for which we do not have any SLX requests.

How can we track that who added the user to group and when ?
