How to Conditionally Exclude Shipment Refnums in PlannedShipment XML?

Summary

We are generating PlannedShipment outbound XML from OTM to be sent to the Warehouse Management System. Each shipment may contain multiple Shipment Reference Numbers (Refnums).

We need to implement a conditional rule during the outbound XML construction with the following requirement:

• If the Shipment Refnum qualifier is DOMAIN.XYZ and its value is ABC, then this refnum should not be included in the PlannedShipment XML.
• If the Shipment Refnum qualifier is DOMAIN.XYZ and its value is anything other than ABC, then the refnum must be included in the PlannedShipment XML.

We are looking for the recommended approach or best practice to implement this conditional logic within the outbound XML configuration.
