Oracle fusion supply planning-Routing Times vs Day-based Scheduling Behaviour

Summary:

we are running a constrained supply plan in oracle fusion with multi-level manufactured items.Lead times(Pre and post processing) are uploaded via FBDI Templates and in this case are fractional E.g., 0.03-0.08 days for assembly item. All items routings have been defined with each item having independant resource and capacity units.
In the plan output we are observing that:
Any manufactured item with a non-zero lead time consumes one full planning day even the lead time is in fractions.
Each BOM level is scheduled on consecutive days and routing times are being considered for capacity consumption.
You can see the output in the screenshot attached that 1st row is for assembly item and 2nd and 3rd row are for component and sub-component items.

Howdy, Stranger!
