Buyer Search Appears Case-Sensitive When Reassigning Requisition for Processing (Redwood UI)

While reassigning a requisition for processing in Redwood UI, the Buyer search LOV appears to be case-sensitive.

For example, when searching for buyer “Azamat”, entering lowercase text such as “azama” returns no results, whereas searching with “Azama” correctly displays the buyer.

This behavior is unexpected, as Oracle Fusion LOV searches are generally case-insensitive. Indexing does not seem to be the cause, since the buyer is returned when correct case is used.

Could you please confirm:

  • Whether this is a known Redwood UI issue or limitation
  • If a fix is planned in an upcoming release
