Auto-populate WSH_DELIVERY_DETAILS.SHIPPED_QUANTITY during Pick Confirm

Hi Team,

In Oracle Fusion SCM, the column SHIPPED_QUANTITY in table WSH_DELIVERY_DETAILS is populated by standard functionality only during Ship Confirm.

However, in our current setup, users are able to manually enter a value for Shipped Quantity in the Manage Shipment Lines UI, and this manual update is persisted to WSH_DELIVERY_DETAILS.SHIPPED_QUANTITY.

The business requirement is to automatically populate WSH_DELIVERY_DETAILS.SHIPPED_QUANTITY with the Requested Quantity during Pick Confirm, when the delivery line status is "Staged", without requiring manual user input.

Current Behavior:

-> Pick Confirm updates Requested quantity and sets the delivery line status to Staged.
