RTV Creation and update date issues in the application

Hi,

We are facing issues with our scheduled integration that moves Oracle RTVs to WMS every hour with action codes (Create, Update, Delete). Below are the observations and clarifications needed:

Current Issues:

Incorrect Action Code on First Transmission

When an RTV is created with multiple lines and one line is canceled before the first transmission, the header and remaining lines are being sent with Update instead of Create.

 

Date-Based Logic Not Reliable

We cannot use a condition of header/line creation date with less than/greater than last run date because the creation date in standard tables gets updated when saving the RTV before submission.
