Lease Amendment (Scope Decrease) using FBDI file Split option

Start Date: 04-Feb-2022
End Date: 03-Feb-2032
with below components:
Rent
O&M
Access Fees
Lease schedules generated and Finalized.
Business wants to early terminate the leases
Reduced date (Scope decrease) with date: 03-Feb-2027
Now when I am amending the lease in the application it is not allowing me to update the new dates 03-Feb-2027 for these templates Rent, O&M & Access Fees
dates area is grayed out. I want to updated the new date for all the 3 templates including overview, assets and payments tab.
How can I amend (Split) these 3 payments templates using FBDI to accommodate the scope decrease,
