Unable to modify a Change Order after Supplier Change Request rejection

Summary: When Requisition Requester rejects a Change Order Request initiated by the Supplier, Change Order should no longer be in pending approval status. However, in RSSP it is shown as pending approval and hence using RSSP we cannot take any further action on that Change Order. However, we have not opted for Redwood for PO or for supplier portal. My question is will adopting redwood for PO/supplier portal help us with the above ask?
