We Need to capture Expected joining date in Offer letter, at offer acceptance phase

Summary:

We want that candidate should be able to fill the Expected joining date when he has option to accept or reject offer and do E-signature, and same should be captured in offer letter. We can't ask Expected joining date before extending offer it should be at the time of offer acceptance. Please provide any workaround or if any 3rd party integration we can use ?
