Remove Delete Attachment Button from Subview

We need to remove the access of delete the attachment from the UI.Currently in the Attachment Subview any user can delete the attachment which we need to restrict from the UI.

I have also raised an SR for this and got the update that this is currently not possible in Product.
Can someone help with a workaround.
