how to debug after 25d upgrade

Our instance got upgraded to 25d but the debug no longer shows the rest errors, so we can't troubleshoot when developing.

How do we see the rest errors now to troubleshoot when developing an agent? We used to be able to see the errors in the debug window. They don't write to the monitor and evaluate either since the agents are not published and are still in development.
