Supplier got error message while trying to view negotiation from the Award Decision Notification. However, they were able to access the same Negotiation without any issue via the navigation: Tasks > Negotiations > Manage Responses

The error message could be re-produced as following steps:

  1. Log in as a Supplier and open the Award Decision Notification.
  2. In the notification, there are two hyperlinks which are 'View Negotiation', and the Negotiation Number itself that would allow the Supplier to access to view the Negotiation.


However, upon clicking either of these hyperlink, Supplier was route to the ‘View Active Negotiations’ page and got the below error message:
