RTF template | How to change the columns using conditional branching

Is it possible to make the part in the red box part conditional in an RTF template?
For SalesOrders, I would like to display the ship-to site number and ship-to site name, and for transfer orders, the ship-to business name.
I know there is a function that allows you to change the formatting depending on conditions, but I would like to know how to change the values ​​displayed depending on the conditions.
