RTF line alignment issue in BIP Report.

Summary:

Hi Expert There is a requirement from customer that in one purchase order approval report if the amount is more than 2500 Euro than there should be red flag after the amount like shown in below SS. I tried to implement using Microsoft word publisher conditional region to add the conditions but in the output some extra spaces and new lines are coming.

Any input on this please.
