Security controls on candidate attachments (CV, cover letters) in Oracle Taleo Recruiting

Hello everyone,

 

My client is asking about the level of control and security applied to candidate attachments (CV, cover letters, etc.) in Oracle Taleo Recruiting.

Because attachments are uploaded by external candidates, we would like to better understand:

1. Document controls
   What level of verification is applied to attachments before they are stored and visible to recruiters and HR users in Taleo?
2. External links in documents
   Candidate documents (PDFs) may contain external links (LinkedIn, GitHub, portfolios, etc.).
   Is there any control or filtering applied to these links when they are accessed from Taleo?
