Could an Admin/Hr manager set employees' notification settings?

Hi everyone,

I was wondering if It is possible, within the platform, to set the notification settings preferences of a group of employees, via an admin or HR manager.
At the moment, I see that only in the "Me" tab It is possible to view and edit these notifications using the quick action "Notification Settings".
Do you know if there is a way to do this on a mass scale or through HDL?
