SSL Certificate for Punch-outs

Summary:

Since we moved to Oracle Cloud in 2018, there has no longer been the requirement to install SSL Certificates for punchouts when a supplier updates it. This always happened automatically, we didn't need to do anything and end users would see no interruption to accessing the punchout.

Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information):

This week one of the punchouts has stopped working and have been informed by the supplier that they have made changes in the certificate chain since last year (there were 4 levels in last year's cert and only 3 this year, which may prevent an auto-update.

Are we required to manually upload certificates which are using this 3 level version? How do we go about that? Id seen that it can be achieved by going to Setup and Maintenance and Manage Certificates, however we don't seem to have that option.

Howdy, Stranger!
