How to hide View Drafted Requisition from Hiring Manager?

Hi Team,

I am not able to hide the drifted requisition view for hiring manager. I tested this by removing 'View Requisition' privilege but if we remove this access, Hiring Manager will not be able to view any requisitions, and the 'Requisitions' tile will be hidden for them.
Currently, hiring managers are able to see the details within a drafted requisition which we want to restrict.

Please help in identifying the correct privilege to hide this view
