How to load Job Profile Skills to HCM

in HCM Data Loader (HDL)

i need to upload the job profile

skills information to HCM, as it is already present in the HCM system (see attached screen1.jpg), adding it to the job profiles already in the system.

1: we've verified that there are no APIs available for retrieving or creating job profile skills. Could you please confirm that we don't have this capability?

2: Alternatively, if the API route is not feasible, is there a way to upload this information via HDL?
