Mark Activities Complete' missing via View Learning Assignments in the new Unified Learning Catalog

Summary:

In Oracle Learning Cloud Release 25D, we’re observing different Mass Action options based on navigation. When opening a course offering from the Learning Catalog and using the Actions menu to select View Learning Assignments, the Mass Action panel does not provide the option to “Mark Activities Complete”; the closest option displayed is “Bypass and Complete.” If we open the same offering and navigate to the Learners tab, “Mark Activities Complete” appears as expected. The “Manage Activities” action for an individual learner still shows “Mark Activities Complete” in both paths. Multiple administrators can reproduce this, and it seems to have changed within the past few days.
