How to add Assignment DFFs to Public Workers API

Summary:

We need the ability to expose only some of the assignment DFFs on the Public Workers API. There are some assignment DFFs that are considered confidental and we cannot expose but some DFFs that are public information (i.e. chart of account value for AP). We need a way of exposing only some DFFs on the API without exposing all assignment DFFs or overall assignment details. This is needed for various integrations we have. We can create a custom API for data exposure but are looking to hopefully avoid this complicated, custom option.
