Adapt the HRBP Workflow and Maintenance
Summary:
Our company uses a spreadsheet to assign HRBP approvals. For while we noticed that we can't achieve this approval based on AOR attributes, because we have observed that even when the Job, Country, and Department are the same, the approvers can differ. Therefore, HRBP approval depends on the Leader’s name.
How can we design a workflow to accommodate this scenario, where two different leaders require different HRBP approvers?
We need to create a workflow rule to achieve this conditional logic and determine the best approach for maintaining the mapping between Leader Name and the corresponding approver, considering that leaders may transfer to another Job, Country, or Department
