Which exact privilege or duty role allows user to access Security dashboard?

Summary:

We want to give user access to below seeded reports. Currently "Application Implementation Consultant" gives that access but we cannot assign the role due to other privileges present in there. Which exact privilege or duty role gives access to this Security and Role Dashboards in fusion?
