Shipping Full-Case Items Without Picking and Packing

Summary:

We have a business requirement to ship full-case items directly without going through the picking and packing processes, since these items are already received and stored in sealed cases.

For example, if an item is received as a sealed case (such as a laptop box), users should be able to ship the item directly as a full case without performing picking and packing. These items are already boxed and ready to ship, so the standard picking and packing steps are unnecessary.

We attempted to address this requirement by enabling the Pack with Wave functionality by following the steps outlined in the Oracle user guide below. However, the functionality does not appear to be working as expected in our scenario.
