Doc Designer- conditionals leaving blank space even when criteria not met

Summary:

In our document designer template, we have a table for the line items.

1 field that holds product descriptions, has some conditoinal statements to only print text as required. When those conditions are not met, they still print a blank line.

For example the section in the doc is in yellow

The way this prints there are these blank lines- in this example the one that printed is the 4th one and you see the blank text above it. There is no padding on the text elements and when the conditions above are met the white space does not exist
