While Performing Cycle Count, user wants the Reason and Remark to be mandatory for specific BU

In fusion Inventory, while performing Cycle Count, in the records cycle count window, user wants the Reason & Remark field to be mandatory for specific BU. For e.g. for MRC BU field should be mandatory and other BU it should not be mandatory. Kindly support to achieve this functionality.
