Issue Applying Job Segmentation

Hello everyone,

I'm trying to implement Job Segmentation in Opportunity Marketplace using an Eligibility Profile that filters participants based on their Hire Date.

I created a rule where only employees with Hire Date ≥ 4 months should be eligible to view internal gigs. The eligibility profile is active, correctly assigned to the job configuration, and the rule logic is set as:

Hire Date ≥ 4 months(Operator: Greater Than or Equal, Unit: Months)

However, the segmentation doesn't seem to work as expected. Employees with less than 4 months of tenure are still able to view the opportunities. I’ve double-checked the profile assignment and the criteria setup, and everything looks correct.
