Custom PDF template not working on View PDF button in 25D

Summary:

We had a custom RTF report for PO PDF and it was working fine.. Now after 25D when we click on View PDF button in PO screen , report is being generated in standard PO layout. I have checked all the settings . Everything seems to be in order. Both standard and customized reports are pointing towards customize data model . Custom RTF is selected as default output and BU is also configured with correct output template . What else we need to do to get PO's printing again in customized PDF .
