Difference in Click Tracking Between Click Map and Link Activity Report

I would like to understand the difference in how clicks are measured between the Click Map in the Eloqua email dashboard and the Link Activity report accessed via Insight from the same dashboard.

For the same link, there are cases where the Click Map shows a higher number of clicks, and other cases where the Link Activity report shows a higher number. I would appreciate it if you could explain the reason for this discrepancy.
