How to include Retirees in year end ACA reporting

Summary:

We have business requirement where Retiree employees are enrolled in retiree benefits plan which is housed in the HCM cloud benefits module . We want these retirees as well to be part of the year end Affordable Care Act Reporting related files like 1095-C, Archival and eligibility process.

We really want to understand

  1. If the seeded ACA process supports Retirees and if yes, what are the steps to be followed to include them in the report. Also , since our go-live is mid-year go live somewhere in March-April 2026 , are there any special steps we need to do for the retirees to be included in the year end ACA reporting.
