How to include Retirees in year end ACA reporting

Summary:
We have business requirement where Retiree employees are enrolled in retiree benefits plan which is housed in the HCM cloud benefits module . We want these retirees as well to be part of the year end Affordable Care Act Reporting related files like 1095-C, Archival and eligibility process.
We really want to understand
- If the seeded ACA process supports Retirees and if yes, what are the steps to be followed to include them in the report. Also , since our go-live is mid-year go live somewhere in March-April 2026 , are there any special steps we need to do for the retirees to be included in the year end ACA reporting.
