How to control Rate decimal precision during payroll calculation?

For salaried employees, Hours × Rate elements derive Rate with high decimal precision (up to ~20 decimal places) during payroll calculation.
This leads to rounding differences in final pay results.
Is there any product-supported configuration to restrict the calculation precision to 4 decimal places during payroll run?
