Issue with Udemy Business Course Completion Status in OLC

This is an issue which we are facing and this has also been logged as an SR and its been alomost 4 weeks that Oracle has not responded Just to check if we can get some input here we have configured Udemy Business and can find multiple Udemy Courses are available in Self paced Learning and this can also been enrolled by learners however in OLC the course compeltion is not getting updated we have run the following process every day still there has been no update we also check on the employee mail id which are as per Udemy
