Hide Standard Effective Start Date in Additional Person Information Custom Section

Summary:

We are currently working on the Additional Person Information section, where we have created a custom section with custom fields.

Our requirement is to allow the insertion of multiple rows with the same values, while enforcing date range validation between Start Date and End Date. By standard, the Effective Start Date field is available and defaulted to today’s date.

Since we have already created custom date fields and set them as unique keys, we would like to understand if it is possible to hide the standard Effective Start Date field.

Could you please confirm whether this is feasible, possibly through VB? At the moment, this field does not seem to be available in the VB configuration.
