Need to add link for requestion itself and link for candidate in the custom offer approval template

Hello Team,

As titled we had a requirement to add a link for the requestion itself and candidate profile to the custom offer approval template which means this 2 links for the requisition and candidate related to the offer 

Any input on how to achieve this
