Oracle-recommended steps for the ERP Integration Service to export error outputs for PPM modules

Summary:

We are encountering an issue with the PPM ESS jobs responsible for loading project task information. The problem lies in the fact that these jobs do not retain data in the interface tables after processing. As a result, we are unable to query the interface tables to identify errored records.

For example, while the data is retained for Projects, it does not work for Project Tasks. This inconsistency is causing challenges in error identification and resolution.

Although the job generates an error PDF output, it is not technically feasible to programmatically download and analyze the PDF or XLSM files for error details. We are looking to pursue a single Oracle-recommended solution for the entire PPM module that allows us to programmatically generate error reports across different PPM modules.
