ORC: Is there any upcoming functionality to help with removing the admin burden on references

In Oracle recruit, once a candidate gets offered a job, is there any upcoming functionality of any workaround in system solutions to remove the excessive HR admin burden on emailing the external previous employers for references (checking things such as where they in the group the dates they said they were etc.) and then keeping track and updating the manager on when these have come in and whether the employee has passed that pre employment check?
