The ability to hide Position Override & Assignment on Promote & Position Change Transaction

Hello!

Position override can be hidden on select redwood employment processes. However, it cannot be hidden on Promote and Position Change. Our business is on position sync and position override sections are not needed for review. We would like for this section to be made hidden as there is no action needed.

Also since our assignments sync based on the position, the assignment section doesn't need to be reviewed. We would also like for this section to be hidden as needed.
