Historical Learning Records conversion for Self-Paced Learning

Summary:

Hi Team,

Once the Self-Paced learning is created in bulk via API, we see the effective start date of the self-paced learning is getting created as the system current date of API load.

Due to this, when trying to load the learning records (LearningRecord.dat) against self-paced learning, load is failing as the self-paced learning is not effective.

Has anyone faced the similar issue when loading learning records against self paced learnings?? Please suggest!!
