Workbench Data Retention Policy

We have a business requirement to retain Workbench data (job history, logs, and related artifacts) in EPCM for a minimum of 12 months. We have found no clear Oracle documentation on what the purge timing is.

  1. Is there an automatic purge process that would clear workbench data of prior months?
  2. If so for how many periods is the workbench data retained?
  3. Can this timeline be extended without impacting data integration performance?
