What are benchmarks for Support Organization size and structure
Summary: We are a multi billon dollar advanced analytics, AI software and services company. We have 10K+ employees. We currently have 35+-subsidiaries in North America, LATAM, EMEA and APAC. We are using ERP Financials: GL, FA, Interco, Cash, AR, Collections, Revenue Mgt, Procurement, Project Accounting and OTL time tracking. Also using EPM for ARCs account recons. Looking for any benchmarks on support organization design. Our implementer was recommending a a support org for everything including the GRC/Application Admins of of approx. 50 globally.

30 systems support analysts (certified Oracle GL, AP etc) to support Applications. Composed of 10 for Order to Cash(AR, Collections, Revenue Recognition/Mgt) and Indirect tax(VAT, Sales Use..) 7 RtR(GL, FA, Interco), 7 P2P(AP, Procurement), 6 Project Accounting / OTL(which has several thousand users)
