Position Auto-Complete Default Value Not Applied to Bargaining Unit

Auto-complete rule on Position DFF (RUI Page)is not restricting Bargaining Unit values and is displaying all values instead of the defaulted value.

Issue Description:
An auto-complete rule is configured at the Position level where a Position DFF is defaulted based on the Department mapped under Group Division in the Organization Hierarchy.

As per the design:

• The auto-complete rule reads the default value derived from the organization hierarchy.
• The Bargaining Unit DFF should display only the defaulted value as the selectable value.

This setup was working correctly earlier. However, currently:
