Manage Cost Scenarios > Roll up costs

I have an Issue in Manage Cost Scenarios > Roll up costs. The system shows "Item123" as having a Fixed cost allocation in "View Scenario Exceptions" when rolling up all items, but no exception or warning when rolling up only "Item123"

Additionally, Cost Allocation for "Item123" is set to Percentage.

How can I investigate the warnings source?
