Enable Job fit metrics bar element

We want to enable the "Job fit metrics bar". In this document it's mentioned that the feature can be enabled on US and Canada data center regions only.

Since this feature was released in 24A and currently we are in release 25D we wanted to confirm whether this feature can be enabled on environments hosted in regions other than US and Canada.
