Resource Alert Email Not Triggered for Required Course Assignment

Hello Team,
I have created a Resource Alert for “New Required Course Assignment – Since Last Alert Run.”
The alert is running successfully, but no email notification is being delivered. Even when a learner is enrolled through a Required Assignment, the alert email is not triggered after enrollment.
Additional details:
- I executed the resource alert using On-Demand mode.
- This issue is observed in the Test instance.
- I have verified the email configuration, as I am able to receive emails from custom alerts without any issue.
- Update the Simulate Run as NO
Could you please advise:
- Why the email is not being triggered for this resource alert?
