Hi - the Confirm Receipt (ConfirmReceiptRequestForAction) workflow's escalation is set up as follows for an example organisation:
I have a support issue where a user has 2 Assignments, each linked to a different Org / Business Unit.
Sample:
- AssignmentA
- Primary = Y
- Org = Lombard Street School
- Manager = Joe Bloggs
- AssignmentB
- Primary = N
- Org = Piccadilly Arcade School
- Manager = Nancy Smith
Requisition Approvals work fine, they go to the Cost Centre Manager.
However, workflows triggered when the Confirm Receipts job runs do this (e.g. notification sent to manager for the Primary Assignment):
