Automated Job Application Notifications Triggered but Not Logged in Interactions Tab – ORC

Hello Oracle Community,

We have configured Automated Job Application Notifications for specific states across certain phases of the Candidate Selection Process (CSP) in Oracle Recruiting Cloud.

The notifications are working as expected in terms of behavior:

  • Emails are being successfully triggered.
  • Candidates are receiving these emails.

However, when we refer to the Oracle documentation “Notifications Sent Automatically During the Candidate Selection Process”, it states that:

“You can view notifications that were sent and the content of those notifications in the Interactions tab of a candidate job application.”



In our case, the Interactions tab is completely blank, and no notification content is logged there, even though the emails are clearly being sent.
