We are trying to use the US Tax Balance Adjustment Flow to create Balance Adjustments for California employees, based on the FUTA Credit Reduction Rate for 2025. When we run that Flow, thousands of records are show as processed, but both the Balance Adjustment line and header files are empty. We've had an SR open with Oracle since the end of November, but still no response. And we are running out of time for year end. Wondering if anyone here has experience in getting this Flow to work?
