Planned orders for our subassemblies are often generated up to two weeks in advance

We are implementing a constrained supply plan in Oracle Cloud Supply Planning. We have noticed that planned orders for our subassemblies are often generated up to two weeks in advance and sometimes combine requirements from different weeks into a single order. We have already set the Acceptable Early Days parameter to 5 days, but the system continues to advance and consolidate planned orders beyond this window. Our expectation is for planning to generate planned orders for subassemblies that individually correspond to each weekly finished goods requirement (in other words, to achieve a Just-in-Time or “Lot for Lot” planning behavior).
