I’m exploring how to use the Onboarding Assistant AI Agent within Journeys, ideally as a single, consolidated agent accessible at the Assigned Journeys page level for new hires. The challenge is that Guided Journeys doesn't support eligibility profiles, making it difficult to segment document tools tied to benefit plans by job role that the agent will include. Currently, neither Guided Journeys nor the Document tool option offer eligibility profile-based targeting like checklists or tasks. This is important to have because the organization leverages multiple various benefit plans based on job family and other criteria.
